Built by United Food Truck
❤️🔥 When passion meets precision, you get Filthy Fries — a boldly branded, fully loaded 18-foot concession trailer built for one purpose: serving the most irresistible gourmet fries in Greenville, North Carolina. From the street-art-inspired custom wrap to the triple-fryer stainless steel kitchen inside, every inch of this build screams Fresh Cut Daily.
About Filthy Fries
Brandon Smithson had a clear vision: create a fries-focused food truck experience that people would stop scrolling for. The concept is simple, the execution is anything but — Filthy Fries has already built a loyal following across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook before even hitting the street, and it's easy to see why. The brand identity is raw, energetic, and unapologetically bold — a perfect match for the custom-wrapped trailer United Food Truck delivered.
Operating out of 📍Greenville, NC, Filthy Fries is set to become a staple in the local food scene, offering fresh-cut, made-to-order gourmet fries with a menu that turns a simple comfort food into a full experience.

The Build: 18 Ft. Custom Concession Trailer
This isn't your standard trailer. At 18' × 8.5' × 7.5', this concession trailer was engineered for high-volume fry production with professional-grade equipment, a smart dual-zone layout, and the durability to handle a busy service day after day.
The exterior features a full custom vinyl wrap — a striking black canvas with hand-drawn fry illustrations, bold red graffiti lettering, and the Filthy Fries logo front and center. The branding is consistent from the service window side all the way to the rear door.
🚚 Inside the Kitchen: Built for Fries, Built for Volume
Step inside and you'll find a fully stainless steel interior — walls, ceiling, and countertops — designed for easy cleaning and maximum durability. The layout places the heavy cooking equipment on the front cooking line, with prep, refrigeration, and storage on the opposite side, creating an efficient, professional workflow.

The heart of this build is the 🍟 triple-fryer cooking station 🍟— three 16" commercial gas fryers (50 lb. each, Royal Range) running under a 7-foot exhaust hood with a 1 HP exhaust fan and a 3.0G Protex Fire Suppression System. Whether it's loaded fries, seasoned baskets, or specialty cuts, this setup can handle serious volume without breaking a sweat.
Alongside the fryers, a 36" Gas Griddle Range with Oven (Asber) gives the kitchen versatility to expand the menu well beyond fries — think burgers, proteins, and hot dogs to pair with every order.
The prep and cold-side of the kitchen is equally well-equipped, featuring a 58" 4-Well Gas Steam Table for holding and serving, a 48" Refrigerated Sandwich/Salad Prep Table (Serv-Ware), and a 54" Solid Double-Door Reach-In Refrigerator (Serv-Ware) for full cold storage capacity.
✅ Safety & Infrastructure
Safety is built into every corner of this trailer. The 3.0G Protex Fire Suppression System covers the entire cooking line and is paired with fire extinguishers mounted at strategic points throughout the kitchen.
A 36" Three-Compartment Sink with Dishrack and a dedicated 12" Handwashing Sink with Splash Guard keep the operation health-code ready, while a 40-Gallon Water Heater ensures hot water availability throughout service.
⚡ Power, Climate & Sound
No generator headaches here. A DuroMax 11,000-Watt Dual Fuel Inverter Generator, housed in a dedicated exterior compartment with dual 100 LB propane tanks, delivers clean, reliable power for every piece of equipment on board. A 12,000 BTU Mini-Split A/C keeps the kitchen at a comfortable working temperature even on the hottest Carolina days.
And because Filthy Fries knows how to create an atmosphere, the trailer comes equipped with a 4-speaker outdoor Bluetooth sound system — 🎶 because great fries always taste better with the right music .

A DuroMax 11,000-Watt Dual Fuel Inverter Generator, housed in a dedicated exterior compartment with dual 100 LB propane tanks, delivers clean, reliable power for every piece of equipment on board.
